The Shredder Whale can shred various materials by reducing their volume and preparing them for the rest of the working cycle. Its knives are reinforced with a thermic and chemical carbonitriding treatment, mounted on the central shaft, and made of special full steel.

The shredder shaft is also equipped with a security and protection system that provides an automatic inversion in case there is excess material in the shredding chamber.

The material is pushed into the shredding chamber by a powerful hydraulic piston, controlled by an electronic device, which allows a correct and constant material flow. The reinforced structure of the shark can absorb every kind of shock, and it is made to last.

This shredder is specifically designed and manufactured to easily withstand heavy-duty work. The size of the output can vary depending on the grid used. All the grinds are made of reinforced steel.

We test and examine the materials to be crushed for different aspects at our factory because each material behaves differently.
